What This Is
We are all under construction.
The Under Construction Surf Club is PAGAN's surf community at El Porto in Manhattan Beach. It's for surfers who are past the basics but stuck: you can catch waves, you're comfortable out the back, and yet nothing has really changed in a year. That's the surfer we built this for.
We surf together Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6:30am. Most of us work day jobs and surf early before it. We show up at the same break, at the same time, whatever the forecast says.
It is shared water time with people working on the same things: reading the lineup, picking better waves, and turning with confidence. Coaches and regulars show up week after week.
There's no membership fee to start. Join a group session for $150 per person. Sessions run 90 minutes with up to five surfers, and every session is filmed with feedback and a follow-up email with your footage. Surfers who want ongoing coaching can join Core Division, our monthly membership with three sessions a month plus video review, for $500 a month.
