Products and Services
All surfboards are custom-made to order. Production times vary based on current demand. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Orders and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is required at the time of order for all purchases.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and product. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Custom surfboards are made to order and are non-refundable. For stock items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Contact us to initiate a return.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of PAGAN and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
PAGAN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Surfing is an inherently dangerous activity — use all equipment at your own risk.
